RENTAL PROTOCOL
Security Deposits
Pickup & Drop
Equipment can be collected from our studio after 10 AM on the rental start date. Returns must be completed by 9 AM the following day to avoid late fees.
A mandatory security deposit is held for all cinema-grade gear. The amount varies based on the total kit valuation and is fully refundable upon safe return.
Damage Policy
Booking Modifications
Users are liable for any physical damage or loss. We recommend all production houses carry their own equipment insurance for large-scale location shoots.
Cancellations or date changes must be made via your login portal at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to notify results in a 20% processing retention fee.
